First let us put things in a clean manner. Training, Coaching and Speaking are 3 different verticals. You may sometimes add Consulting to this Business Line. Trainers are hired to deliver a transformational content to a group of employees, a group of clients or generally a public gathering. Coaching usually involves single or very few clients seeking your service for a highly specific goal. It is more narrowed version of Training. Coaching can be pricey and that is usually a wealthy option for a teacher. Third, Speaking positions the teacher or messenger as a brand, delivering a particular transformational message.
